Architectural Engineer
Description: We are looking for an experienced architect to implement the design of residential, commercial or industrial buildings.

Requirements:
1-The applicant must be a Yemeni national.
2-The applicant must not be older than 30 years.
3-The applicant must have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a GPA of at least 75%.
4-Preferably, the applicant should have at least two years of experience in Civil Engineering.
5-Proficiency in Arabic and English (writing, reading, and speaking).
6-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:
1-Participate in studying the feasibility of projects.
2-Assist in preparing and reviewing drawings and designs using engineering software.
3-Participate in preparing and reviewing quantity schedules and linking them to drawings.
4-Contribute to setting up timelines for various processes.
5-Provide guidance on equipment and materials required for project execution.
6-Contribute to project implementation in accordance with specifications and standards.
7-Monitor project execution through field visits.
8-Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
9-Collaborate and coordinate with relevant departments.
10-Assist in reviewing and auditing projects.
11-Prepare reports, drawings, and documents that track progress.
12-Maintain and systematically archive project documents.
Qualifications Required:
1-Proficiency in engineering software such as: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Revit, ETABS.
2-Proficiency in project management software such as: MS Project.
3-Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations.
4-Extensive knowledge of civil engineering techniques and methods.
5-Ability to plan, construct, design, and maintain roads.
6-Deep understanding of quality and safety standards.
7-High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
8-Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
9-Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
10-Continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
Skills Required:
