Requirements:
1- Lead and implement solar energy projects from the planning stage to final delivery.
2- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, timelines, and budgets.
3- Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure project success.
4- Supervise the technical and administrative team to efficiently achieve project objectives.
5- Contribute to the development of the company's strategies to enhance its market share in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
1- Manage all project phases (planning, implementation, follow-up, and delivery).
2- Prepare timelines and budgets and allocate the necessary resources for projects.
3- Monitor the daily progress of projects and ensure adherence to schedules.
4- Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
5- Supervise technical teams and ensure work is carried out in accordance with technical specifications and required standards.
6- Prepare periodic reports on project progress and present them to senior management.
7- Resolve any technical and administrative issues that may arise during project implementation.
8- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout all project phases.
9- Develop and improve administrative and technical processes to increase project efficiency.
Qualifications Required:
1- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy).
2- At least 3 years of experience managing solar or renewable energy projects.
3- Professional certifications in project management, such as PMP, would be an added advantage.
4- In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies.
5- Experience in dealing with suppliers, contractors, and customers.
6- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
