Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2-5 years of experience in site implementation and supervision.
Fully proficient in reading engineering drawings and using engineering software such as AutoCAD and Primavera/MS Project.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in field environments.
Proficient in using computers and Office programs (Excel, Word, etc. ).
A valid driver's license is preferred.

Field supervision of daily on-site implementation work.
Review shop drawings and ensure they match the work completed.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor the project schedule and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit them to management.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements on site.
Review quantities and completed work prior to disbursement.
Contribute to resolving technical and field issues as they arise.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Ensure work is implemented according to approved specifications and standards.

Applying Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) standards.
Managing resources, materials, and equipment on-site.
Preparing daily and weekly technical progress reports.
Understanding contracts and technical specifications (such as FIDIC or CSI).
