    • Two silos with a capacity of 10,000 $m^3$ each.

    • Two silos with a capacity of 5,000 $m^3$ each.

    • Two silos with a capacity of 2,000 $m^3$ each, ensuring a seamless flow and secure storage of the final product.

  • Mechanical Installations: Execution of all mechanical installations for specialized equipment and production line machinery, ensuring perfect mechanical alignment for operation under heavy-duty conditions.

  • Steel Structure Fabrication: Local fabrication of massive steel plates and structures to high-grade specifications, providing robust structural solutions that support the plant’s stability.

  • Technical Auxiliary Systems: Installation of mechanical equipment, packing units, steel cyclones, ducts, and sub-silos—all vital components for ensuring the efficiency of separation and production processes.

  • Automation, Control, and Electrical Systems: The project included the full execution of the electrical infrastructure, along with the design and programming of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA systems for intelligent management of the production line, from the crusher to the packing stage.
